Practice the art of conscious relaxation to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. Guided through a series of easy, supported poses (including the use of many props) you will tip the balance from “fight or flight” mode into maximum relaxation. Science tells us that, under the conditions set in restorative yoga, immediate effects on heart rate, blood pressure and brain activity are possible. In closing you will experience a guided meditation to mindfully and consciously notice your breathe, your thoughts, feelings and sensations. 

You will leave feeling nourished, well-rested and refreshed!

For this workshop you will need at least two blankets and a yoga block!
