Chair yoga is an excellent way for older adults to enjoy the health benefits of yoga. Join Heritage Hill Senior Community for a free virtual session of chair yoga with instructor Maya Kowalcyk on Tuesdays Jan. 5, Feb. 2, and March 2, beginning at 10 a.m.

Learn beginner-level poses that can help improve flexibility and boost your mental well-being – all from the comfort of home! The only equipment you need is a sturdy chair.
